Banana Coconut Icecream



Ingredients

2 frozen banana's
2 tablespoons of toasted coconut
2 icecubes of frozen coconut cream
1 tabelespoon of toasted nuts (for topping)
1 teaspoon of honey (for topping).

Step 1:  Blend together banana, coconut and coconut cream in a food processor until there are no large chunks.

Step 2:  Serve in bowl and top with nuts and honey.

You can make many variations of this icecream by adding different things such as cocoa for chocolate flavour etc.
